IMS Content Packages
What's a content package ?
A content package is a a zip file which contains a pre-defined sequence of learning materials which can be shared between Learning Management Systems or VLE's. Content packages are often used in e-Learning to share collections of learning resources between programmes and faculties.
To create the content packages, a tool called RELOAD was used, which was an output of a stream of previous JISC ( X4L strand B) funded projects.
If you are unsure how to import the content packages into your VLE, you will need to consult your own e-Learning departments for further advice and information.
